This National Guard position is for an HR SPECIALIST (COMPENSATION/RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT), Position Description Number T5032P01 and is part of the NHARNG ELEMENT - JF HQ , New Hampshire National Guard. Responsibilities The purpose of the position is to provide support for recruitment and placement, military technician compatibility, permanent change of station moves, pay setting, recruitment/retention/relocation (3R) incentives, advanced in-hire rates, and reduction-in-force actions. Work is performed for both Army (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) full-time employees within the State. Trains and provides technical assistance to lower graded specialists.
