The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing the day‑to‑day Human Resources operations across Jubail Island Investment Company and its affiliated entities. The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management support, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. In addition, the HR Specialist will support the Human Resources Director in developing and maintaining efficient HR processes, improving employee experience, and ensuring that HR services are delivered consistently across all operating entities.
