Responsibilities
- Provide centralized HR administration and support for global programs such as Rewards, Talent Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Collaborate across HR teams to establish standards, ensure accuracy in transactions, and drive efficiency in human resource processes.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement, system optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
- Define requirements and implement automation or self-service systems to improve efficiency and streamline HR workflows.
- Deliver professional support to leaders and employees, ensuring effective communication, problem solving, and customer service excellence.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Finance or Payroll.
