Integrated in the Global Business Services team, the HR Shared Services – Senior Consultant professional is responsible for delivering efficient, consistent and high-quality HR operational services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour law and alignment with global HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Integrate a global organization and partner with colleagues across the globe.
• Deliver HR administrative services based on solid processes and procedures.
• Support HR deliverables within the Global Business Services team offshore.
• Drive HR processes and implement policies aligned with the CGI HR model.
