HR Shared Service Advisor

Whats the role?

We’re looking for a proactive, efficient and forward thinking HR Shared Service Advisor to join our Northern Europe HR Shared Services team. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll be part of an international HR community and work closely with colleagues across the Northern Europe Hub.

What You'll do

As an HR Shared Service Advisor, you will be part of a high-performing team delivering first class customer service across the business. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries—via Teams, email and in person—you will provide timely, accurate and professional support to employees, leaders and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include advising on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, managing the full onboarding process and preparing and issuing employment contracts.
