This role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR inquiries, onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

• Manage employee HR inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems while providing timely and accurate support
• Escalate complex HR issues to senior leadership when necessary
