Team: As HR Services Generalist you report to the Team Lead HR Services EMEA. Your direct colleagues are located across Germany and Romania and you will be part of a Global HR Team that operates across our matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational HR Management: You will manage the full employee lifecycle for our team in Spain - from onboarding to exit - ensuring smooth, compliant, and people focused HR processes.
• Local Legal Compliance: You ensure adherence to Spanish labor law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores), local regulations, company policies, and collective/company agreements. You act as the go to person for Spain specific HR requirements, documentation, and regulatory updates.
