HR Service Center Leader (Avilés)

This position leads the EMEA Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) – the team that supports EMEA employee and leader HR inquiry; EMEA HR data management, EMEA benefits administration, and Global Mobility. This is a key strategic role in the HR function, leader of a large team, and will partner with other teams to advance operational excellence within the HRSC. This position will be an active part of the EMEA Regional Leadership Team, the Global HR Operations Leadership Team, and the Asturias Site Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead the EMEA HR Service Center team to provide services with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning. This position will have direct reports that are also people leaders.
