What You’ll Do

As part of the Global HR Data & Analytics team, you will support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR reporting across Nutreco. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality insights for HR and business stakeholders.

• Manage global HR reporting & data tickets (triage, clarify requirements, deliver, document) following HR reporting standards, naming conventions, and governance.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and assist in developing Power BI dashboards as your skills grow.
• Support global HR stakeholders such as HR Services, HRBPs, TA, Internal Audit, IT, Finance and business leaders with reporting needs and data questions.
• Participate in larger People Analytics initiatives such as CSRD reporting, data quality projects, data governance initiatives, analytic...
