Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, particularly in field-force or industrial hiring. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines, managing hires across sales, operations, and support roles, and ensuring smooth onboarding and HR processes. Proficiency in Zoho HR tools is essential. The position offers a clear growth path, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
