Description
We are seeking an HR Recruiter for the New City area. This is a contract role. This candidate would be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in securing top talent. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (administrative, customer support, HR, and other business functions)

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics

+ Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms

+ Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
