Job Description

Human Resources Programs and Projects Associate

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support for all HR initiatives and lead special projects or programs in a variety of HR disciplines to improve the employee experience, enhance the HR function, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Oversee employee new hire/on-boarding and exit processes, ensuring that all required documentation is received and processes are adhered to.
  • Assist with the development and review of HR related policies and procedures and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Produce and analyse HR metrics to evaluate current HR programmes and support decisions for development and improvement.
  • Oversee Human Resources Audit process.
  • Consult with clients on various employment activations such as Summer Internships, Scholarships, Graduate Trainee Program and Long Service awards.
