HR Payroll Specialist
- We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist who will take complete ownership of end-to-end payroll management for the India region. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll compliance, employee compensation processes, and coordination with cross-functional teams. In addition to managing payroll, the role also requires experience in day-to-day HR Operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete end-to-end payroll processing for India employees with accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, overtime, and compensation components.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
