**HR Partnership & Delivery, Offboarding Delivery Partner**

Off-boarding Delivery Partner is part of the HR delivery Team based in Budapest/Hungary. This is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide Off-boarding related HR services to client groups within Citi.

**This is a fixed -term role for 2 years.**

**What you’ll do**

+ Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations).
+ Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi.
+ HR documents preparation.
+ Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters.
+ Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures.
