****YOUR ROLE**As a HR Partner on our teams.Responsible to the HR Manager for hiring direct staff, establishing and following up on employment strategies, monitoring the internal and external work environment, ensuring compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), Labor Code (CCT), and International Labor Regulations (RIT), advising staff through labor relations technicians on labor-related matters and managing employment relationships (collective and individual).
