HR Partner, (Data Center Operations), AWS Infrastructure Services Builder Experience Team (BeXT)

This role is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, and successful candidates will be required to relocate to this location. It is an on‑site role based in the Data Centers it supports 100% of the time. It also requires travel to other site locations within the cluster on a weekly basis.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Data Center Operations Site HR Partner in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) focuses on the Builder experience. In this role, you will collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions across the cluster of Data Centers you support.
