- Manage HR queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain employee records in alignment with compliance standards.
- Update and manage data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy for payroll, benefits, and reporting.
- Collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, support audits, and ensure adherence to policies and local labor regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, support policy updates, and align Work Instructions with operational standards.
