HR Operations Specialist, Data & Reporting

Position Summary

The Specialist, HR Operations—Data & Reporting will lead People-related operational reporting and analytics, managing standard and ad hoc reports and partnering with the BI Group to deliver people data through firm reporting tools. The role will provide ad hoc analytics for the People function, HRSS and other Business Services teams, drive efficiency and capability building in HR reporting and insights (including HRIS and HRSS in Manila) and help design and maintain HR operational reports in PowerBI or other tools using the firm's data repositories.

Duties and Accountabilities

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Own the portfolio of all operational reporting, ad-hoc reporting requests and people analytics requests within the People function
