Our multinational client who provides solutions to improve the operational activities within the educational sector, is looking to hire a Human Resource & Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resource and operational functions across the organization. This includes leading recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compliance and administrative operations.
