What You'll Do
HRIS Administration & Projects
Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HRIS under the direction of HR leadership.Process employee transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, organizational changes, and terminations while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Maintain employee records and perform routine audits to ensure data quality.Manage and respond to HR and HRIS help desk tickets, providing timely support and escalating issues when appropriate.Troubleshoot basic HRIS questions and assist users with system navigation.Assist with HRIS testing, upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts.Create and maintain user guides, job aids, training materials, and documentation.Help train employees and managers on HRIS processes a...
