About the RoleThe HR Ops Administrator reports to the Team Lead, HR Operations. The role supports the Human Resources function, works closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, and ensures smooth operation of HR processes and SOX compliance.
Responsibilities End‑to‑end processing of employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including appointments, changes, transfers, and terminations. Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee data in Workday aligned to internal controls and SOX requirements. Act as first‑line point of contact for HR Ops teams and data‑related queries, escalating where appropriate.
