Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Talent Acquisition & Benefits Group (TABG). As an HR Officer, GS-0201-15, you will serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Benefits Group under the administrative direction of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Responsibilities Establishes and maintains oversight of program metrics and reporting requirements to satisfy internal and external quality control reviews of the Group. Develops, implements, and advises on talent acquisition and benefits plans, policies and procedures across the agency.
