This is a senior operational HR role requiring a highly hands‑on individual with extensive experience in labour relations, employee relations, union engagement, and HR management within the mining or heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities Acting as the primary HR Business Partner to Site Managers and operational leadership teams. Providing professional HR and labour relations support across multiple mining operations. Managing employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, incapacity processes, and dispute resolution.
