Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and inspire key areas of Human Resources. From talent acquisition and employee engagement to compensation, health & safety, wellness programs, and special projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional workplace experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a world-class hospitality environment.

· Conduct the recruiting, selection and placement activities, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., Union, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.)
