area is searching **HR Manager - Training and Development,** responsible for providing expertise and execution of Training and Development strategies, conduct needs assessments, create and execute global development plan, training and workshop required, oversees the organization learning strategies, manage budget to improve employee performance, skills and retention, evaluate program effectiveness, compliance with legal regulations.
Responsible for the development and execution of communication strategy, administration of local media.
Provide support to other HR functions as required.
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- BA / BS degree or equivalent, MA / MS / MBA degree preferred.
- Bilingual English - Spanish
