About the Role Ankit Silicate is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition capabilities to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/manufacturing recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization.
Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions, including:
Production and Plant Personnel
Engineers and Project Engineers
R&D and Quality Control Professionals
Sales and Marketing Personnel
Accounts, Administration, and Support Functions
Blue-collar and White-collar Workforce
Project Consultants and Contract Resources
Manage local, regional, and PAN India recruitment requirements.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through Linked In, job portals, consultants, professional networks, references, ...
