HR Manager

Sekal AS has grown from a small business into a mid-sized organization with over 100 employees, and we are now looking for a HR Manager to help shape and strengthen our HR function.
In this role you will have overall responsibility for HR administration in both Norway and the UK. You will work on developing HR processes, policies, and routines. You will also be a key advisor to our CEO, and an important resource when it comes to execute HR initiatives on behalf of Sekal.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Managing HR processes, policies, and activities
- Providing advice and support to the leadership team
- Assisting management with organizational development and structure
- Developing and advising on the annual evaluation process, recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding processes, and annual salary reviews
- Oversite of both Norway and UK employees and line management of UK HR support
