We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Operations & PR from the IT industry who has handled a workforce of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and corporate communication while maintaining a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, exit process).
Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.
Handle internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
