**What you'll do**:- As a plant HR Manager you will provide guidance, assistance and support in developing and maintaining a cohesive and productive workforce for the Eaton Filtration operation in Reynosa.In this role you will support operations by implementing and administering the full scope of human resources responsibilities that contribute to organizational excellence and promote positive employee relations.These activities involve a wide range of functional areas including employee and/or labor relations, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and recruitment as well as critical HR projects.In this role you will be expected to:- Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor for production facility and other local division resources- Develop strong relationships with associates and Union leadership by spending time on the manufacturing floor, working...
