Job Descriptions:
Performance Management
- Develop and enhance the Group's Performance Management System (PMS), defining KPIs, OKRs, and behavioral competencies.
- Lead the end-to-end annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring 100% on-time completion.
- Provide expert guidance to HODs on KPI setting and rating calibration to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across the Group.
