We’re looking for an HR Manager to join us in Barcelona (08210 Barberà del Vallès ). This role combines business partnering with day-to-day HR transactional work. You will be the primary HR contact for leaders, managers, and colleagues across Aggreko in Spain, as well as for those in companies acquired by Aggreko. You will work closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to deliver the local People Plan, ensure compliance with Spanish employment law, and support the full employee lifecycle.
