Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and control overall Human Resources management functions, including employee administration and payroll program management
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations, including handling payroll tax filing for Japanese employees
• Liaise with the Labor Department and relevant authorities in relation to employment matters or disputes
• Manage visa and work permit processes for Japanese employees, including coordination with government agencies
• Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee records
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
