Reporting to the New Zealand General Manager, as well as the Divisional VP HR based in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will be a strategic partner to the business and be a part of, and work with, the Senior Leadership Team to create and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.

You will lead our efforts to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cultural change and promoting inclusiveness and belonging throughout the organization.
