HR Manager

• Deliver a proactive and responsive HR service to Partners, Directors and staff within area of responsibility.
• Manage the operational HC service for the business working with finance and other regional IFS groups.
• Manage the HC administrators/officers to ensure operational support is delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Manage C&B processes, including annual performance appraisal, merit, and incentive cycles. Ensure fair and competitive positioning of salaries through internal equity and external market analysis.
• Manage staffing, ensuring the quality of personnel hired, the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques.
• Work with line management and L&D Manager to identify the T&D needs and develop/implement the necessary initiatives.
