About the Role

This role leads both the strategic and operational HR functions for the Australian region, supporting a mix of manufacturing sites and corporate teams. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will partner directly with the local General Manager to drive regional growth while being supported by a robust global HR infrastructure!

• Strategic HR Advisory: Guide the GM and site leadership teams on organisational design, headcount planning, change management, and growth initiatives.

• Industrial & Employee Relations: Act as the primary lead for all local ER/IR matters. Confidently manage dispute resolution, grievances, disciplinary processes, and compliance with Modern Awards.
