The Role
This is a stand-alone HR Manager role supporting a multi-site agricultural workforce of circa 250 employees. You will partner closely with the executive team and operational leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, while helping the business navigate a period of change, digitisation and generational transition.
