Position: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be capable of managing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes effectively.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing talent management strategies
2. Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
3. Managing employee relations
4. Creating policies and procedures
5. Ensuring compliance with labor laws
6. Analyzing data and generating reports
7. Implementing performance management systems
8. Reporting to upper management
