**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **HR** **Manager 3 - Labor Relations** to support the **UCHealth Healthcare System** in the **Cincinnati Metro Area.** This Human Resources Manager (Labor Relations) will manage all employee relations for the food service and environmental services (EVS) team of managers and **union frontline employees** . This strategic leadership position will come with **a background managing labor relations / employee relations in a union environment.**

Salary range is negotiable depending on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.

+ conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee concerns, misconduct allegations, and workplace conflicts
