An organisation based in Central London is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support and driving impactful people initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business.



The Role


The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical and proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations while coordinating and executing key people processes, including performance management, talent and succession planning, and employee relations.
