Overview of the Role

The HR IT Specialist is responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This role supports the HR digitalisation strategy by delivering scalable solutions, ensuring platform stability, and enabling a seamless, high‑quality HR service experience. The outcome is a stable, well‑designed HRSD platform that delivers intuitive HR services, reduces manual effort, and supports efficient case management and HR processes across the organisation.

Areas of Responsibility

• Provide 1st–3rd level support for ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Configure and develop HRSD functionality, including workflows, forms, portals, and case logic.
• Implement enhancements and change requests based on requirements from the Product Owner.
