This role offers structured exposure to HR operations within a luxury Maison, working closely with the Senior HR Manager on people processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
Job responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
Prepare HR letters and official communications
Maintain employee files, both digital and physical, in line with internal standards
Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and mobility updates
