HR Intern (Paid)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team at 5paisa Capital's Thane office. This is a dual-function role covering both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, offering well-rounded exposure to core HR functions in a listed BFSI organization.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and social channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet
• Draft and publish job postings across platforms
• Assist with offer rollouts and pre-joining follow-ups
• Track hiring TATs and share weekly MIS reports

HRBP Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and induction processes
