Key Responsibilities:
• Update and develop compliant HR policies
• Investigate employee relations concerns
• Provide guidance on performance-related issues
• Support payroll processes for clients
• Mentor HR Coordinators and assist teams
Requirements:
• Education in Human Resources required
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Familiarity with First Nations communities valued
• CPHR designation interest is an asset
• Reliable transportation necessary for site visits
