HR Generalist – Manufacturing

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Location: Niagara (candidates from the Golden Horseshoe to Burlington preferred)

Duties:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and agency coordination
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and procedures
• Support performance management, employee development, and employee relations matters
• Provide payroll backup support and assist with HRIS/ADP system initiatives

Assets:
• Postsecondary education in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
