Overview

St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS reporting, employee engagement, and compliance. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, helping to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to employment laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.

+ Support employee and manager relations, performance management, and leave of absence administration.

+ Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
