We're looking for an HR Generalist PH who will support EMEA shift under Manila team and play a key role in managing daily HR operations, employee relations, and process improvements that support our dynamic workforce.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling employee case management, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR analytics. You will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive organizational culture.
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations including employee inquiries on HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, leave management, employment concerns, and HR case management while maintaining accurate HR records and case logs.
