HR Generalist

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will handle a range of HR functions, including talent selection, talent management, talent development, compensation, employee advocacy and engagement, coaching and connection, diversity, inclusion and belonging, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Talent Selection: create hiring processes, evaluate candidates, ensure fair selection, support job offers and onboarding.
• Talent Management: guide managers and employees through performance reviews, help leaders give clear feedback, provide feedback to leaders to improve performance and behavior.
• Talent Development: create development plans with leaders, identify and grow high‑potential talent, match people to the right roles, and support fair talent decisions.
• Compensation: advise on pay for hires and promotions, support job leveling, and manage salary, bonus, and incentive planning to ensure fairness.
