Hr Generalist Intern (Master Student)

As a HR Generalist Intern here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions within the Mexico Offices.
You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
You will report directly to our HR Director and you'll work out of our Samara Site and on Tecnoparque Office.
In this role, you will impact the organization by effectively managing employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting the development and implementation of HR programs.
You will also contribute to the overall success of the HR team by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
