HR Generalist

**Job Summary**

The Human Resource Generalist provides comprehensive HR support to assigned departments or entities, assisting with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, policy implementation, compliance, and special projects. This role ensures HR functions are aligned with organizational goals and facilitates a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with employees and leadership.

This role is HYBRID and on-site two days in Franklin, TN.

**Essential Functions**

+ Conducts interviews and facilitates post-offer activities, including completing new hire checklists, validating initial training for successful onboarding, and leading new hire orientation.
+ Serves as a resource for employee questions regarding benefits, leave of absence, job postings, paid time off, and policies.
