Job Description
Sensient Technologies Careers is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the NZ and Australia point of contact, advising leaders on policies and addressing staff concerns. The role covers employee lifecycle management across Oceania, with a focus on investigations and resolving grievances.
You will also own full-cycle recruitment for APAC positions, coordinate with the APAC HR group, and conduct essential compliance training. On-site work in a manufacturing environment is required.
